Bookings and Payments

1) Booking Process — I Confirm that person making the booking is over 18 years of age and will be considered the ‘customer’. If booking on behalf of an organisation or club, the name of the organisation must be specified, and the organisation will be considered the customer and jointly responsible for the booking.
2) Payment — I confirm Payment will be made one month in advance for upcoming bookings as agreed with Networks ICC
3) Cancellation Policy — Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled via email to (info@networksindoorcricketcentre.co.uk). If you cancel your booking within 7 days hours of the activity commencing, no refunds or credits will be provided. For cancellations made with more than 7 days notice, you will be offered a full refund or a batting lane credit to use on another occasion, depending upon lane availability

Use of Batting Lanes

4) Purpose: The batting lane must only be used for its intended purpose. Participants are required to follow all posted rules and instructions provided by Networks as indicated at the entrance door into practice area
5) Age Restrictions: Users must be 18 years or older to use the batting lane unsupervised. All minors must be supervised by a responsible adult
6) Late Arrival: We ask that all customers arrive on time for their scheduled batting lane reservation. If you arrive late, the rental period will not be extended, and your session will end at the originally scheduled time. We encourage customers to arrive early to ensure they can fully enjoy their time in the batting lane. Any Setting up of your own equipment is included within your booking time.
7) Equipment: Appropriate footwear must be worn. No cricket spikes allowed. Indoor sports shoes are mandatory. The maximum capacity per lane is 6 people.
8) Protective Gear: Participants under the age of 18 must wear cricket helmets when using the net facilities with hard cricket balls. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all minors are wearing and using the appropriate protective equipment
9) Food and Drinks: No food is allowed inside the batting lane. No glass bottles are allowed. All beverages must be consumed outside the Netting area
10) Bowling Machine: When hiring a bowling machine, you will receive 24 balls. For each ball not returned, a £10 fee will be charged.
11) Cleanliness and Damage: Please ensure the batting area is kept clean. No dirty shoes are allowed in the lane. You will be responsible for any damage caused to the facility or equipment during your booking.
12) Smoking and Animals: Smoking is not permitted in any part of the premises. No animals are allowed, except for service animals accompanying registered blind individuals.
13) Liability Waiver: By using the batting lane, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with batting activities. You agree to use the facilities at your own risk and indemnify Networks Indoor Cricket Centre against any accidents or injuries that may occur during your session
14) Vehicle and Property: Networks ICC does not accept liability for loss or damage to any vehicle or personal property while on the premises
15) Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Networks ICC harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the facility, including any damage to the property or injury to yourself or others
16) Behaviour: The facility must be used responsibly. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in the termination of the session without a refund. Any individual found to have damaged equipment, netting, or matting will be held financially responsible for repairs or replacement.
17) Health Requirements: All users must be in good health and physically capable of using the batting lane safely. If in doubt, please seek advice from a medical professional before using the facilities.
18) Fire Safety: Hirers are responsible for familiarising themselves with the fire safety procedures, including escape routes, fire extinguishers, alarms, and emergency exits. It is the responsibility of the hirer to inform all participants of these procedures before using the facility
