Please read these terms and conditions carefully as these govern your use of this website (networksindoorcricketcentre.co.uk). By using the website, you are acknowledging that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

Site Ownership, copyright and trademarks

The content of the website, including names, images, photos, designs and other materials, are copyright of Networks Indoor Cricket Centre or its technology service providers or other third parties. They are the property of their respective owners, and therefore all rights are reserved.

We grant permission to print, copy, distribute and display hard copy portions of the website as required. We also grant permission for sections of the site to be emailed or linked to via social media platforms. We are happy for blog posts and articles to be used as reference material and for links to these posts to be created from third-party sites.

Bookings

Health – Players should not attend the centre if they feel unwell. Please be aware that cricket is a sport where injuries can occur and that we do not accept liability for any injury incurred whilst the centre. In the unlikely event of injury, we agree that first aid will be given as deemed suitable by the duty first aider. You consent that we may call upon emergency medical advice for an incident that requires it. You accept that we will only administer prescribed drugs, e.g. antibiotics or inhalers, with your verbal and written consent at the start of each session.
Security – Players should vacate the lane promptly at the end of their timeslot. Coaches are unable to provide supervision once the timeslot has ended and minors become their parents / guardians responsibility.
Memberships – We offer annual membership packages at the cost of £100 for clubs, and £65 for individuals. The membership fee entitles the member to a reduced cost of lane hire which will be confirmed at the time of enrolment.
Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis.
You can cancel by giving two weeks’ notice and cancelling your standing order.
If there is a cancellation, players on the waiting list will be given priority.
We reserve the right to change our opening days / hours without notice.
There would be no refund if a player has booked, did not attend or leaves for any reason other than medical grounds with medical evidence during their timeslot.
Payments can be made through a standing order payable to Networks Indoor Cricket Centre. We will provide our bank account details to you by email.
Hurtful language, discrimination, abuse, marginalisation or insulting behaviour on the grounds of gender, ethnicity, religion, background, skin colour, religious belief, sexuality, gender identity, socioeconomic class, caste, disability or age will not be tolerated in the centre. We reserve the right to ask players tp leave the centre.
In case of injury, first aid will be provided by our qualified staff or referred to emergency treatment in hospital if required.
In the case of young players, parents will be responsible for collecting their players on time.
Complaints against another player would be considered judiciously, and the final decision from us will be acceptable to both parties.
Complaints against us will be referred to the directors for the final decision.
We carry out video analysis to improve cricket techniques. We may also use the videos for the benefit of others, as well as photographs taken for cricketing purposes. By agreeing to these terms, you are giving your irrevocable consent, and in the case of a minor, the parent / guardian must give consent.
We may use images and videos taken during training sessions on our social media platforms. If you do not wish for images showing your child to be shared, please make a member of the team aware.
Players will only be allowed to attend the centre if they have agreed to our terms and conditions.
In the event of a Government lockdown that prevents our centre being open for business, a full refund will be issued for any weeks where participants are unable to attend.
Players must bring a properly protected cricket helmet for batting plus protective padding (including an abdominal guard) as there are inherent risks in the game of cricket. All players need to bring their own cricket balls.
